At HANNE BLOCH, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury collections. If your purchase is not quite right, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
